Scientific Paper Presentation Guidelines
Presenter should be a registered delegate for the ISOI.
All the paper presentations should be categorized as: original research, case report & review.
The content for presentation should include:
* For original researches: Background, methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
* Case reports: Background, Case report, Discussion and Conclusion.
* Reviews: Background, Discussion, Summary, and Conclusion.
The presentation should not have been submitted or presented at any other state, national or international scientific meeting.
The presenter can bring their own laptops ( Windows or Mac) or may choose to load their presentations on the official laptop provided by the organising committee. In any case a trial will be arranged in the respective halls before the start of each session.
All presenters are requested to report well on time and be present 5 minutes before the start of their respective sessions.
The presentation should be loaded and checked before the start of the session.
A total of 8 minutes will be provided for presentation followed by 2 minutes of Q&A
WhatsApp groups will be formed to keep all the speakers updated re-garding the schedule as well for any assistance needed.
Scientific E- Poster Presentation Guidelines

All the poster presentations should be categorised as: original research, case report & review.
The presentation should not have been submitted or presented at any other state, national or international scientific meeting.
The E-poster should be prepared as a single PowerPoint slide in the 16:9 widescreen format.
The presentation should be made compatible with a compatible Windows version, which will be verified by the scientific committee before the event.
All presenters are requested to report well on time and be present 5 minutes before the start of their respective sessions.
The poster should be loaded and checked before the start of the session.
The E poster image will be displayed on the screen according to the schedule.
A total of 3 minutes will be provided for presentation followed by 2 minutes of Q&A.
