Note:

1. Student without hospitality includes Entry in Scientific Sessions, Entry in Trade Area and Conference Gifts .

2. Student with hospitality includes 3 days lunch, Entry in Scientific Sessions, Entry in Trade Area and Conference Gifts .

3. Both the above students registration are without banquet.

On spot registration from 5^th to 8^th October 2023

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upto 31 ^st May 2023, 100% refund of registration fee.
Upto 30^th June 2023, 50% refund of registration fee.
Upto 31^st July 2023, 20% refund of registration fee.
Upto 31^st August 2023, 5% refund of registration fee.
After 1^st September 2023, no refund will be given.
All refunds will be paid after the completion of conference.
Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.
